Unlike other companies in our industry our outside experts do not own company stock, are under no pressure to sell what we manufacturer, and are completely independent. Answers to your technical questions or issues are based upon the most objective evidence the industry has experienced both in North America, Western and Eastern Europe, and the Far East. Just as the organisms that we provide are global in nature so is our Technical Support Team. This approach is in keeping with the "Open Systems" approach that we have instituted in the industry.
